Cancellation and Changing Policy
We know that life is full of unexpected surprises, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours for multiple booked appointments and 24 hours for single appointments. Give us a call on (852) 3915-0638.
If you decide to change your treatment on the day of your appointment please allow 15 minutes to prepare. Changing treatments on the day is subject to availability.
We advise arriving 5 to 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Please plan accordingly for bad weather and travel time. Regrettably, if you arrive for your treatment 15 minutes late or more we may not be able to perform that treatment. Please note, if arriving more than 15 minutes late, you may be offered an alternative treatment if the schedule allows. This is because we want you as a client to have a full Lush Spa experience with us and therefore; we do not cut our treatments short. We will do our very best to accommodate you in this situation and an alternative treatment that can be performed in the time available will be offered or, failing that, you may find that you need to reschedule.
Disability Policy for HK Lush Spas
Lush Spa is committed to providing services to all members of the public, including people with disabilities.
Lush Spa therapists/staff will be required to assess the nature and severity of any particular case of disability and where necessary to make a judgement that takes into account the needs and welfare of the client, the health and welfare of the Therapist and compliance with the law.
Spa Policy for minors
At Lush, we operate a minors policy to ensure that both our clients and therapists feel 100% comfortable when they’re offering treatments. If a client is under the age of 18, a signed parental consent form is required in order to proceed with the treatment. Parents of clients aged 12-15 are required to sit in the room and stay with their child throughout the duration of the treatment. Parents of clients aged 16-17 are also able to sit in during a treatment if they wish. We are unable to perform treatments on clients aged 11 and under.

Aged 12 - 15
With parental consent, clients can have a Validation Facial or The Spell.
Aged 16 - 17
With parental consent, clients can have a Validation Facial, Synaesthesia, The Good Hour, Tailor Made, The Spell, The Sound Bath, The Comforter? and Hard Days Night Treatment.
It is important that both client and therapist are comfortable when treatments are being performed during pregnancy. Not all treatments are suitable for pregnant clients - please see below for further information. We may ask you to sign a disclaimer form prior to your treatment.
During this time, we cannot perform any treatments on the client under any circumstances. This is to protect both our client and her child.
After the First Trimester
After this time, we can provide certain treatments with some amendments to ensure the comfort of the client. The Spell and Validation Facial are the most suitable for our pregnant clients, although we cannot place hot stones onto the client's stomach for both treatments.
Tales Of Bath and The Sound Bath involve the client lying on their side. These are both suitable if the client feels comfortable in this position.
Therapist can work with client's needs to perform a Tailor Made on the following areas:
- Front of their legs
- Hand and arms
- Shoulder or neck massage, if lying on the back
