Digital E-commerce Officer

Responsible to: Ecommerce Manager

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Support the general digital business operation covering the local and regional channels, including Lush official website (, Tmall Global shop (, and any potential new platforms. 

  • Be a team member of the e-commerce team and work closely with the fulfillment team on inventory and orders.

  • Stock management and contribute to the stock accuracy (Stock in, On/Off-shelf, OOD, OOS)

  • Monitor stock level in fulfillment warehouse

  • Spot-check inventories between fulfillment warehouse vs digital backend system

  • Stock adjustment across different platform backends.

  • Lead and support the official website campaigns. 

  • Support the Tmall Global digital campaigns, such as Double11, Double 12 etc.

  • Operation support to Tmall Live sessions.

  • Support any ad-hoc tasks assign by e-commerce team

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to have the following attributes

  • Quick learning of product knowledge

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to the details.

  • Possesses excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Has the capability of learning different digital system for stock management

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good Chinese typing skill 

  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge in SEO, SEM, GA is an advantage 


Thing to consider 

  • Locate in LCK office and visit Tsuen Wan Fulfillment warehouse regularly

  • Shift hours, 9am-6pm or 1pm-10pm including Saturday and Sunday.

  • Expect to work overnight shifts during the main sales campaign such as 3.8, 6.18, double 11 and double 12.
