The system will send a confirmation letter to your mailbox within 15 minutes after you placing the order. If you haven't received the letter in due time (please make sure it doesn’t slip into your junk mail box), it means your payment hasn’t come through or your order is deemed unsuccessful, please try again.
If you’re not happy with the products after receiving, you’re welcome to request an exchange. Please contact our customer service team and pick your preferred store and date for pick-up.
We are sorry to tell you that you can’t change your delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched. If you want to change your delivery information after placing an order, please contact our customer care team. Once your parcel is dispatched, you would need to contact SF Express by yourself for address correction. Customers are liable for the address correction service charge that may incur for re-delivery. Additional business days may be required.
Please confirm your delivery address before making payment. If you want to change or delete your default delivery address, please log in your account and select “address book”to update your address.
SF express, our local courier, provides delivery services from Monday to Saturday. If you want to receive your order on Saturday, please contact our local courier, or fill your preferred delivery date in the remark section before checking out.
